On the 26th April 2017, 7th grades D and H went on a field trip to “Graminhais Wind Farm” in Nordeste. Despite the rain and the cold, Mr.David Estrela (Eng.) explained the way this renewable energy works and its benfits. This alternative power source is considered to be clean because it doesn’t emit as much CO2 into the atmosphere as the use of fossil fuels.
